Which laboratories is NYS suitable for?+
It is designed for all testing laboratories performing environmental, food, water and wastewater analysis. Microbiology and chemistry departments can be managed with separate permissions.
Can we migrate our existing data?+
Yes. Customer lists, analysis types, methods and price tables can be imported in bulk from Excel. Our team supports the migration during setup.
How does it support TÜRKAK audits?+
Sample chain records, report revisions, calibration tracking, document control, CAPA and training records are ready in the system. TÜRKAK activity reports are produced from the statistics module.
Does the mobile app work without internet?+
Field staff can create offline drafts. Records are stored on the device and synchronized automatically when a connection is available.
How do customers access their reports?+
A dedicated panel account is opened for each customer. Signed reports arrive in the panel and mobile app; customers can download PDFs and track samples live.
